20 metre Luxury Swimming Pool

Our heated indoor 20m deck level training pool is an oasis of serenity. Enjoy a quick dip, a swimming lesson or continue your exercise with some aqua aerobics.

We can give you the body you want! Our spacious Gym affords you the perfect opportunity to re-vitalise your body. Fully air conditioned, you will find a comprehensive range of user friendly equipment from cardiovascular and resistance machines to free weights. Highly motivated, our friendly and qualified fitness professionals will guide you through your exclusive induction. With equipment to cover every major muscle group we can also design personal programmes to meet your fitness goals.

Aerobics Studios

Enjoy the benefits and reap the rewards! With 3 Aerobic studio’s offering over 60 classes a week, we have classes to suit the beginner, regular exerciser or elite user.

Changing Rooms

Fully air conditioned for your comfort our quality changing rooms offer individual lockers with plenty of hanging space. There are cubicles should you desire privacy and mirrored areas with hair dryers. Individual shower cubicles with temperature control make you feel revived and alive after your workout.

Sit back and relax in our comfortable lounge and enjoy a wide choice of drinks, snacks and meals freshly prepared for you to enjoy.

Sun Bed Facilities*

With three ‘Stand and Tan’ units and lotions available at reception you too can now have that all year round holiday look.

Separate Family Changing Room

With three large cubicles, showers, lockers and direct access to the pool, this room provides the perfect stress free environment for all the family. (Pool access times for children 2pm – 7pm daily)
