Members can now set-up their own league to which other groups can request membership. The league options are configurable and link to the group team sheets for fixtures and results.How to set-up a league:
1. Click on Create Group
2. Select the group type as League
3. Select the activity which matched the league type i.e. football
4. Complete the group creation process as normal
5. Go to Group > League Settings and set your point values as required
How groups join your League:
1. The owner of the group requesting membership should go to Group > Manage League Membership
2. Find your/the league they want to join and select Request Membership
3. Once requested, the owner of the league (that's you if you have just set one up) needs to approve their membership request
Notes on adding fixtures:
1. Both home and away teams need to create an event in their respective groups for the fixture. Home teams date/time is used, but it is recommend both use the same date/time
2. The Signup option for the event must be set to Group Team v Another Group. This is so the event appears to the league administrator and the team can be selected
3. The League admin needs to go to Group > League Fixtures/Results, then identify the Home and Away Events for both teams and click add
4. A link on the fixture will provide team information and allow league admins to record results (which will be automatically used by league table)
