Myself and a few friends meet every Wed evening in central Canterbury, and go running for approx 1hr, round the city and ending up back where we started. We'd love some more people to join us, for some relaxed running.

None of us are very fit, just average, and we appreciate you may have a different pace to us, but that's fine, take it as you want to, not too fast, and you can always catch us up at the end, we'd never leave you alone :)
